Who we are

What data we collect
We only collect what you send us through the contact form: name, company, email, phone, unit of interest, preferred move-in date, planned use and your message.
Why we use it
We use this data only to respond to your enquiry and negotiate rental terms. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties for any other purpose.
Who we share it with
We use the email service provider Resend to deliver a notification to our team and a confirmation to your inbox. The data is not shared with any other third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to negotiate and sign a contract. If no cooperation is agreed, we delete the data within 24 months of the last contact.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, request corrections or deletion, and file a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee). To do so, write to kivi@rholding.eu.
